Prokuroria Speciale e Kosov\u00ebs ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb ndaj M.M. dhe A.B., t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cNxitja e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes dhe mosdurimit\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, ata akuzohen se kan\u00eb nxitur dhe p\u00ebrhapur publikisht urrejtje nd\u00ebrmjet grupeve fetare, si dhe kan\u00eb propaganduar ideologji ekstremiste fetare, duke ndjekur metodat e organizat\u00ebs terroriste Shteti Islamik (ISIS).<\/p>\n

Prokuroria pretendon se M.M. ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr masakra ndaj hebrenjve dhe t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve, p\u00ebrmes postimeve n\u00eb rrjetin social Facebook, ku ka publikuar foto e video t\u00eb personave t\u00eb radikalizuar dhe ka shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb thirrje t\u00eb hapura p\u00ebr ekstremiz\u00ebm fetar.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa A.B. akuzohet se ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr respektimin e ligjeve t\u00eb \u201cSheriatit\u201d dhe p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtimin e sistemit demokratik, simboleve dhe ligjeve t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, nga viti 2019 deri m\u00eb 22 maj 2025, A.B., duke p\u00ebrdorur profilin n\u00eb Facebook me emrin \u201cUbejdullah Abu Suhejla\u201d, ka shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb materiale me p\u00ebrmbajtje nxit\u00ebse dhe ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr t\u2019iu bashkuar luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u201cxhihad\u201d.<\/p>\n
