Prishtin\u00eb, 13 gusht 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

Agjencia Kosovare e Privatizimit (AKP) ka njoftuar t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn se ka identifikuar 461 asete t\u00eb reja dhe se 396 hektar\u00eb pron\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb mandat t\u00eb saj. Sipas njoftimit, vlera e k\u00ebtyre \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 188 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n

AKP-ja ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se procesi i verifikimit dhe identifikimit t\u00eb aseteve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve shoq\u00ebrore jan\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Agjencin\u00eb Kadastrale dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare t\u00eb vitit 2024.K\u00ebt\u00eb proces, AKP-ja ka e ka cil\u00ebsuar arritje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme institucionale.<\/p>\n

\u201cQ\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij procesi ishte evidentimi dhe sakt\u00ebsimi i t\u00eb drejtave pron\u00ebsore mbi asetet e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve shoq\u00ebrore, duke garantuar menaxhim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin e AKP-s\u00eb. Si rezultat, jan\u00eb identifikuar 461 asete t\u00eb reja, me nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe totale prej 396 hektar\u00ebsh, t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb par\u00eb nuk figuronin n\u00eb listat zyrtare t\u00eb AKP-s\u00eb dhe nuk administroheshin nga Agjencia.
