Sipas tyre, p\u00ebrdorimi i dokumenteve t\u00eb prodhuara nga strukturat shtet\u00ebrore serbe gjat\u00eb viteve \u201890 \u2013 p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ato t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb \u2013 jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i papranuesh\u00ebm, por p\u00ebrb\u00ebn edhe rrezik serioz p\u00ebr legjitimitetin e procesit gjyq\u00ebsor dhe besimin e qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n
