P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i Posa\u00e7\u00ebm i Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebr Dialogun Kosov\u00eb-Serbi, Peter Sorensen, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se me presidenten Vjosa Osmani dhe kryeministrin Albin Kurti kan\u00eb biseduar lidhur me implementimin e marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb arritura nga dialogu Kosov\u00eb-Serbi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai n\u00eb nj\u00eb adresim p\u00ebr media, pas takimeve, ka deklaruar se p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb situat\u00ebs aktuale politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gj\u00ebrat mund t\u00eb marrin m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSapo pata takim me<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>kryeministrin Kurti dhe presidenten Vjosa Osmani, jam k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mandatit tim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar se si ta implementojm\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjen e Ohrit, sepse situata politike k\u00ebtu n\u00ebnkupton q\u00eb gj\u00ebrat mund t\u00eb marrin m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb takim i rregullt. Jam i lumtur q\u00eb jam k\u00ebtu\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kriza institucionale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, protestat n\u00eb Serbi dhe pafuqia e Bashkimit Evropian, kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr muaj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb zhvillim dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb procesin e dialogut mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana zyrtar\u00ebt e BE-s\u00eb kur pyeten p\u00ebr dialogun nuk kan\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb thon\u00eb pos t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisin at\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite, se \u201cBE-ja po punon me pal\u00ebt\u201d, se \u201cdialogu \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebtimin evropian\u201d dhe se BE-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb takim mes pal\u00ebve kur ato t\u00eb jen\u00eb gati.<\/a><\/p>\n

Kosova nuk ka arritur t\u00eb themeloj\u00eb institucionet e reja, pavar\u00ebsisht se zgjedhjet parlamentare jan\u00eb mbajtur m\u00eb 9 shkurt.<\/p>\n

Seanca konstituive ka nisur m\u00eb 15 prill. Procesi ka ngecur n\u00eb zgjedhjen e kryetarit t\u00eb Kuvendit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin LVV, n\u00eb koalicion me Guxo dhe Alternativ\u00ebn, ka propozuar deputeten Albulena Haxhiu. Mir\u00ebpo, e nj\u00ebjta, n\u00eb gjasht\u00eb votime t\u00eb hapura, nuk ka arritur t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb 61 votat e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u zgjedhur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb post.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb premten, m\u00eb 8 gusht, merr fund masa e p\u00ebrkohshme e v\u00ebn\u00eb nga Gjykata Kushtetuese, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar deputet\u00ebve \u00e7far\u00ebdo vendimi apo veprimi p\u00ebr konstituimin e Kuvendit.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
