Kontrata p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin dhe rind\u00ebrtimin e urave iu dha nj\u00eb konsorciumi n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe komopania \u201cDINO\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa ndryshimi n\u00eb \u00e7mimet e ofertave dhe shuma e parashikuar p\u00ebr projektin ngre pyetje n\u00eb lidhje me kriteret e vendimmarrjes.<\/p>\n

Komuna e Gra\u00e7anic\u00ebs, e kryesuar nga Lista Serbe, i dha kontrat\u00ebn p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin dhe rind\u00ebrtimin e urave n\u00eb fshatrat Gushteric\u00eb e Ul\u00ebt dhe e Ep\u00ebrme, Dobrotin, Preoc dhe Llapnasell\u00eb nj\u00eb konsorciumi t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga N.T.SH. DINO dhe STRONG CONSTRUCTION, me vler\u00eb totale prej 48,966.85 eurosh, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e vendimit t\u00eb autoritetit kontraktues t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 7 tetor 2026.<\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat nga dokumenti i publikuar ngren\u00eb pyetje q\u00eb meritojn\u00eb shqyrtim t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr diferenc\u00ebn midis \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb ofruara dhe shum\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u dha p\u00ebrfundimisht kontrata. Sipas dokumentit, ofertuesi i dyt\u00eb, nj\u00eb konsorcium i LB Beton Group dhe NB Company, paraqiti nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb me vler\u00eb 37,898.50 euro. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb 11,068.35 euro m\u00eb pak se oferta e konsorciumit t\u00eb cilit iu dha kontrata. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, vlera e kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhur p\u00ebrkon pothuajse plot\u00ebsisht me shum\u00ebn prej 48,970 eurosh, e cila, sipas deklaratave q\u00eb shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, p\u00ebrmendet si buxheti i parashikuar p\u00ebr projektin.<\/p>\n

Diferenca midis k\u00ebsaj shume dhe \u00e7mimit t\u00eb kontraktuar \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm 3.15 euro.
