I akuzuari p\u00ebr sulmin ndaj pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb KFOR-it n\u00eb Zve\u00e7an, Millosh Antoviq, ka pranuar faj\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me Prokurorin\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb paraqitur m\u00eb 30 mars t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Antoviq, i njohur me nofk\u00ebn “Xhaja”, ngarkohej me kat\u00ebr vepra penale: sulm ndaj personit zyrtar, pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb turm\u00eb q\u00eb kryen vepra penale \u2013 huliganiz\u00ebm, blerje dhe shp\u00ebrndarje t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb narkotik\u00ebve dhe posedim t\u00eb arm\u00ebve pa leje.<\/p>\n

Sulmi p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin akuzohet ndodhi m\u00eb 29 maj 2023 n\u00eb Zve\u00e7an, ku mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar disa ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb KFOR-it dhe zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs gjyq\u00ebsore, Antoviq deklaroi se \u00ebsht\u00eb i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr pranimin e faj\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe heqjen dor\u00eb nga e drejta p\u00ebr gjykim t\u00eb rregullt, thirrjen e d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve dhe prezantimin e provave.<\/p>\n

Prokurori Bekim Kodraliu k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptohet nj\u00eb d\u00ebnim unik prej 5 vitesh burgim dhe nj\u00eb gjob\u00eb prej 20 mij\u00eb eurosh, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe koh\u00ebn e kaluar n\u00eb paraburgim. Po ashtu, ai k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb masa e paraburgimit t\u00eb mos nd\u00ebrpritet deri n\u00eb hyrjen n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb aktgjykimit.<\/p>\n

Gjykata e miratoi marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr pranimin e faj\u00ebsis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa mbrojtja k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb gjoba t\u00eb mund t\u00eb paguhet me k\u00ebste.<\/p>\n
