Sipas njoftimit t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs, \u00e7\u00ebshtja penale \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar me num\u00ebr PS.nr.17\/2025, nd\u00ebrsa aktakuza \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur nga Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs m\u00eb 19 mars 2025, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs PPS.nr.32\/2010.<\/p>\n

Gjykata ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se seanca do t\u00eb mbahet m\u00eb 28 shtator 2026, n\u00eb ora 09:30, n\u00eb sall\u00ebn D17 t\u00eb Pallatit t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Hajvali. Seanca do t\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqet nga kryetarja e trupit gjykues, Violeta Namani Hajra.<\/p>\n
