ZPS-ja nuk ka arritur t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetoj\u00eb se ishte kryer ky sulm i p\u00ebrhapur gjer\u00ebsisht kund\u00ebr popullat\u00ebs civile\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb kryetari i Trupit Gjykues, Charles
