Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale, informacionet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat dyshohet se ka pasur interes BIA kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, AKI-n, zhvillimet politike, zgjedhjet dhe persona me ndikim. Disa raste jan\u00eb ende n\u00eb gjykim, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb disa t\u00eb tjera ka aktgjykime.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb nga rastet m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i Fatmir Shehollit, i cili pritet t\u00eb gjykohet nga 7 shtatori. Ai akuzohet p\u00ebr spiunazh dhe shantazh, nd\u00ebrsa Prokuroria pretendon se ishte rekrutuar nga BIA dhe mblidhte informacione p\u00ebr institucionet dhe zhvillimet politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n
