Inspektorati Qendror i Pun\u00ebs (IQP) ka urdh\u00ebruar ndalimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb punimeve n\u00eb 12 vendpunishte n\u00eb komunat e Skenderajt, Mitrovic\u00ebs, Vushtrris\u00eb, Prizrenit dhe Ferizajt, pas konstatimit t\u00eb shkeljeve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb rregullave t\u00eb siguris\u00eb dhe sh\u00ebndetit n\u00eb pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sipas IQP-s\u00eb, kontrollet jan\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb inspektimeve t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebr mbik\u00ebqyrjen e zbatimit t\u00eb legjislacionit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe standardeve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb inspektimeve, zyrtar\u00ebt kan\u00eb evidentuar parregullsi q\u00eb, sipas tyre, paraqisnin rrezik serioz p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn dhe sh\u00ebndetin e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, inspektor\u00ebt kan\u00eb urdh\u00ebruar nd\u00ebrprerjen e punimeve n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendpunishtet ku jan\u00eb konstatuar shkeljet, deri n\u00eb eliminimin e tyre dhe krijimin e kushteve t\u00eb sigurta p\u00ebr pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n

IQP ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se punimet nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb rifillojn\u00eb pa u p\u00ebrmbushur k\u00ebrkesat ligjore dhe standardet e siguris\u00eb. Rifillimi do t\u00eb lejohet vet\u00ebm pasi inspektor\u00ebt t\u00eb verifikojn\u00eb n\u00eb terren se parregullsit\u00eb jan\u00eb eliminuar.<\/p>\n
