Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Departamenti Special, e ka d\u00ebnuar me gjasht\u00eb muaj burgim efektiv Kadri Xhemajlin, pasi ai pranoi faj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr kanosjen e kryeministrit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti.<\/p>\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale, m\u00eb 22 tetor 2025, Xhemajli kishte publikuar n\u00eb rrjetin social Facebook nj\u00eb koment me p\u00ebrmbajtje k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuese ndaj kryeministrit Kurti, duke e kanosur me privim nga jeta.<\/p>\n

Paraprakisht, prokurori special Bekim Kodraliu deklaroi se ishin p\u00ebrmbushur t\u00eb gjitha kushtet ligjore p\u00ebr aprovimin e marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr pranimin e faj\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
