Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pasi avokati Arianit Koci njoftoi se qytetari Dukagjin Maxhuni nga Gjakova \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar n\u00eb kufirin Serbi-Kroaci, ministri i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme i Serbis\u00eb, Ivica Da\u00e7iq, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201ct\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr krime lufte\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cKa baz\u00eb p\u00ebr dyshim se ai ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb krimit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb civile, ndaj an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb dy familjeve n\u00eb qershor 1999 n\u00eb fshatin Bec t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs\u201d, ka shkruar Da\u00e7iqi n\u00eb nj\u00eb njoftim me shkrim.<\/p>\n
