Prishtin\u00eb \u2013 15 vjet burg p\u00ebr Millosh Pleskoviqin p\u00ebr krime lufte n\u00eb Prizren<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb e ka shpallur fajtor Millosh Pleskoviqin dhe e ka d\u00ebnuar me 15 vjet burg p\u00ebr krime lufte kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb civile, t\u00eb kryera gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sipas aktgjykimit t\u00eb shpallur t\u00eb enjten nga trupi gjykues i kryesuar nga gjykat\u00ebsi Rrahman Beqiri, Pleskoviq, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje me nj\u00eb grup serb\u00ebsh t\u00eb armatosur, m\u00eb 1 shtator 1998 n\u00eb Prizren kishte vrar\u00eb tre civil\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb \u2013 R.D., B.D., dhe F.B. \u2013 dhe kishte plagosur disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjykata konstatoi se viktimat, bashk\u00eb me disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, po p\u00ebrpiqeshin t\u00eb strehoheshin n\u00eb mal, kur u ndal\u00ebn nga grupi i armatosur serb. Ata u fyer dhe m\u00eb pas u q\u00eblluan me arm\u00eb automatike. Pleskoviqi ishte identifikuar nga d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt si pjes\u00ebtar aktiv i k\u00ebtij grupi dhe si personi q\u00eb hapi zjarr me arm\u00eb t\u00eb tipit \u201cKallashnikov\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb ngritur nga Prokuroria Speciale m\u00eb 7 qershor 2024, trupat e viktimave u gjet\u00ebn pas nj\u00eb jave \u2013 t\u00eb masakruar, me shenja dhune \u00e7njer\u00ebzore. Nj\u00ebri kishte k\u00ebmb\u00ebn e prer\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa tjetri ishte pa kok\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjykata urdh\u00ebroi q\u00eb d\u00ebnimi me burg t\u00eb ekzekutohet brenda 15 dit\u00ebsh nga plotfuqishm\u00ebria e aktgjykimit. Po ashtu, Pleskoviq do t\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb paraburgim deri n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb, por jo m\u00eb gjat\u00eb se periudha e d\u00ebnimit. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb obliguar t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb 200 euro paushall gjyq\u00ebsor dhe 100 euro taks\u00eb p\u00ebr kompensim t\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb krimit.<\/p>\n
