Nj\u00eb person \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn n\u00ebn dyshimin se ka keqp\u00ebrdorur pozit\u00ebn zyrtare dhe ka falsifikuar dokumente zyrtare n\u00eb lidhje me l\u00ebshimin e lejeve p\u00ebr importin e produkteve biocide dhe pesticide t\u00eb ndaluara n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb njoftoi se arrestimi u krye n\u00eb koordinim me Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht me Drejtorin\u00eb p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Korrupsionit, pas zhvillimit t\u00eb veprimeve hetimore p\u00ebr rastin.<\/p>\n

Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, hetimet lidhen me dyshimet se jan\u00eb l\u00ebshuar leje p\u00ebr disa operator\u00eb ekonomik\u00eb p\u00ebr importimin e produkteve biocide dhe pesticide, t\u00eb cilat ndalohen p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs sipas list\u00ebs s\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb Evropiane t\u00eb Kimikateve (ECHA) t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n

I dyshuari, me inicialet N.M., po hetohet p\u00ebr veprat penale “Keqp\u00ebrdorimi i pozit\u00ebs apo autoritetit zyrtar” dhe “Falsifikimi i dokumentit zyrtar”, t\u00eb parashikuara n\u00eb Kodin Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
