Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka shqiptuar mas\u00ebn e d\u00ebbimit dhe ndalimin e hyrjes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr tre vjet, si dhe gjoba p\u00ebr personat e ndaluar n\u00eb Gazimestan gjat\u00eb sh\u00ebnimit t\u00eb Vidovdanit, m\u00eb 28 qershor, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt akuzoheshin p\u00ebr \u201cshkaktim t\u00eb trazirave dhe cenim t\u00eb rendit dhe qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publike\u201d.<\/p>\n

Masa e d\u00ebbimit dhe ndalimi i hyrjes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb vlejn\u00eb p\u00ebr shtetasit e huaj q\u00eb nuk posedojn\u00eb dokumente t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Policia e Kosov\u00ebs kishte ndaluar 37 persona, por para gjykat\u00ebs u proceduan 36 prej tyre. Ata jan\u00eb kryesisht nga Serbia dhe vendet e rajonit dhe t\u00eb ndaluarve u ishin konfiskuar dokumentet personale deri n\u00eb shpalljen e aktgjykimit.<\/p>\n

Gjyqtarja e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes, Naime Krasniqi, tha se dokumentet nuk do t\u2019u kthehen t\u00eb 36 personave derisa ta paguajn\u00eb gjob\u00ebn prej 700 eurosh.<\/p>\n

Ajo e arsyetoi vendimin e gjykat\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019i shpallur fajtor\u00eb me faktin se t\u00eb akuzuarit kishin brohoritur \u201cKosova \u00ebsht\u00eb Serbi\u201d dhe duke ngritur tre gishtat lart, gj\u00eb q\u00eb, sipas Krasniqit, konsiderohet mesazh nacionalist.<\/p>\n
