Pas rreth 20 viteve pune t\u00eb suksesshme t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, vitet 1989-1990 sh\u00ebnuan fillimin e p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb pandalshme serbe p\u00ebr ta shkat\u00ebrruar arsimin e lart\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Me ardhjen e Sllobodan Millosheviqit n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, shkolla shqipe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs, mori goditje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb \u00e7uan deri n\u00eb rrezikimin serioz, me p\u00ebrmasat e shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb arsimit shqip.<\/p>\n

Pushteti nacionalist serb u angazhua p\u00ebr ndryshimin dhe ndalimin e sholl\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjendja n\u00eb universitet erdhi duke u p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsuar, krahas gjendjes n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Qendra Universitare nuk ishte m\u00eb streha e student\u00ebve dhe as e profesor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sapo u mbyll semestri veror i vitit akademik 1990\/91, m\u00eb 28 qershor 1991, Kuvendi i Serbis\u00eb vendosi masat e dhunshme n\u00eb Universitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb ri akademik udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsja e dhunshme, e dominuar nga kuadrot serbo-malaziase, e rrit\u00ebn numrin e student\u00ebve p\u00ebr 923 student\u00eb, kryesisht student\u00eb serb\u00eb t\u00eb sjell\u00eb nga viset e ndryshme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 21 gusht 1991 grupi i Helsinkit n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb l\u00ebshoi nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb, ku konstatohej se arsimi shqiptar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb m\u00eb nuk ekziston dhe se \u00ebsht\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar nga Serbia. Porse, me fillimin e vitit 1992, synohet t\u00eb gjenden mund\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe format q\u00eb shkolla shqipe t\u00eb filloj\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb aktive.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 14 shkurt 1992 Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs njofton se m\u00eb dat\u00eb 17 shkurt t\u00eb po k\u00ebtij viti do t\u00eb fillonte m\u00ebsimi n\u00eb nivelin universitar n\u00eb shkollat sht\u00ebpi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
