Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, ka njoftuar se pas zhvillimit t\u00eb veprimeve hetimore lidhur me dyshimet p\u00ebr keqp\u00ebrdorimin dhe mashtrimin n\u00eb nj\u00eb aktivitet prokurimi p\u00ebr furnizime me pajisje n\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, sot \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar nj\u00eb person.<\/p>\n

Sipas dyshimeve fillestare, i dyshuari me inicialet N.R, po hetohet p\u00ebr veprat penale: Keqp\u00ebrdorimi dhe Mashtrimi n\u00eb Prokurim Publik nga neni 415 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, dhe Falsifikimi i dokumenteve nga neni 390 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Arrestimi \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar nga Policia e Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb prokurorit t\u00eb shtetit, personi i dyshuar \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar p\u00ebr 48 or\u00eb.<\/p>\n
