\nKQZ-ja ka caktuar n\u00eb \u00e7do komun\u00eb nga nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr votimi me kusht. Pra, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm 38 qendra votimi me gjithsej 52 vendvotime n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat lejohet votimi me kusht.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb zgjedhjet p\u00ebr Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs, votimi me kusht \u00ebsht\u00eb i mundur p\u00ebr votuesin n\u00eb cil\u00ebndo komun\u00eb, pasi Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb e vetme zgjedhore dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do komun\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahen flet\u00ebvotimet me p\u00ebrmbajtjen e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

KQZ-ja mund\u00ebson votimin me kusht p\u00ebr votuesit t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb emrin e tyre n\u00eb list\u00ebn votuese, por p\u00ebr arsye objektive nuk mund t\u00eb votojn\u00eb n\u00eb vendvotimin e caktuar.<\/p>\n

Num\u00ebrimi i votave me kusht b\u00ebhet n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn e Num\u00ebrimit dhe Rezultateve, disa dit\u00eb pas dit\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve, pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb procedurave t\u00eb parapara.<\/p>\n

Procesi zgjedhor brenda vendit do t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb 949 qendra t\u00eb votimit, me gjithsej 2,550 vendvotime, prej t\u00eb cilave 911 qendra me 2,498 vendvotime p\u00ebr votimin e rregullt dhe 38 qendra, nga nj\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do komun\u00eb, me 52 vendvotime p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar votimin me kusht.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq, procesi zgjedhor jasht\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 votimit me post\u00eb, do t\u00eb organizohet n\u00eb 30 p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsi diplomatike, prej t\u00eb cilave 17 ambasada dhe 13 konsullata, me gjithsej 47 vendvotime. Votimi fizik n\u00eb k\u00ebto p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsi do t\u00eb zhvillohet m\u00eb 6 qershor 2026.

Centralna izborna komisija odobrila je op\u0161tu listu bira\u010dkih mesta u kojima c\u0301e se odr\u017eati proces glasanja 7. juna 2026. godine na prevremenim izborima za Skup\u0161tinu Republike Kosovo.
\nCIK je odredio po jedno uslovno bira\u010dko mesto u svakoj op\u0161tini. Dakle, u celoj Republici Kosovo postoji samo 38 bira\u010dkih mesta sa ukupno 52 bira\u010dka mesta na kojima je dozvoljeno uslovno glasanje.<\/p>\n

Na izborima za Skup\u0161tinu Kosova, uslovno glasanje je moguc\u0301e za bira\u010de u bilo kojoj op\u0161tini, po\u0161to je Kosovo jedinstvena izborna zona i glasa\u010dki listic\u0301i sa istim sadr\u017eajem se distribuiraju u svakoj op\u0161tini.<\/p>\n

CIK omoguc\u0301ava uslovno glasanje bira\u010dima \u010dija su imena na bira\u010dkom spisku, ali iz objektivnih razloga ne mogu da glasaju na odre\u0111enom bira\u010dkom mestu.<\/p>\n

Brojanje uslovnih glasova se obavlja u Centru za brojanje i rezultate, nekoliko dana nakon dana izbora, nakon zavr\u0161etka propisanih procedura.<\/p>\n

Izborni proces u zemlji odvijac\u0301e se u 949 bira\u010dkih centara, sa ukupno 2.550 bira\u010dkih mesta, od \u010dega 911 centara sa 2.498 bira\u010dkih mesta za redovno glasanje i 38 centara, po jedan za svaku op\u0161tinu, sa 52 bira\u010dka mesta za omoguc\u0301avanje uslovnog glasanja.<\/p>\n

U me\u0111uvremenu, izborni proces u inostranstvu, pored glasanja putem po\u0161te, bic\u0301e organizovan u 30 diplomatskih predstavni\u0161tava, od \u010dega 17 ambasada i 13 konzulata, sa ukupno 47 bira\u010dkih mesta.
