Drejtori i Institutit \u201cOctopus\u201d, Arben Fetoshi, ka paralajm\u00ebruar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb vazhdueshme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb proceset zgjedhore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebrmes propagand\u00ebs, dezinformimit dhe strukturave t\u00eb lidhura me krimin e organizuar.<\/p>\n

Sipas Fetoshit, nd\u00ebrhyrjet synojn\u00eb cenimin e integritetit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve dhe ushtrimin e ndikimit politik mbi komunitetin serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes mekanizmave t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb lidhen me Beogradin zyrtar dhe Lista Serbe.<\/p>\n

Ai ka theksuar se propaganda dhe fushatat e dezinformimit po p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar pasiguri dhe tensione politike, nd\u00ebrsa nuk ka p\u00ebrjashtuar as forma t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb presionin ndaj votuesve dhe manipulimin e opinionit publik.<\/p>\n

Fetoshi ka vler\u00ebsuar se Serbia vazhdon ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb Lista Serbe si instrument politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur ndikimin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke shfryt\u00ebzuar rrjete politike, ekonomike dhe kriminale p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar vot\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve serb\u00eb.<\/p>\n
