Kryetari i K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar, Enkel Rexhepi, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se sot n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb po q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb kongresist\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb Keith Self dhe Suhas Subramanyam, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u prit\u00ebn n\u00eb zyrat e K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar s\u00eb bashku me deputetin Shaip Kamberi dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb takimit, sipas Rexhepit, u diskutuan n\u00eb detaje problemet me t\u00eb cilat shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs po p\u00ebrballen prej dekadash, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pasivizimin e adresave, mosnjohjen e diplomave, munges\u00ebn e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit institucional dhe munges\u00ebn e zhvillimit ekonomik.<\/p>\n

\u201cPat\u00ebm mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb shtjellojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha temat dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet me t\u00eb cilat, tash e me dekada, p\u00ebrballet Lugina e Preshev\u00ebs. Pasivizimi, mosnjohja e diplomave, mosp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi n\u00eb institucione, varf\u00ebrimi dhe moszhvillimi i komunave tona kan\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb qart\u00eb: shpopullimin e Lugin\u00ebs nga shqiptar\u00ebt\u201d, ka deklaruar Rexhepi.<\/p>\n

Ai ka theksuar se mungesa e investimeve dhe moszbatimi i marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb arritura p\u00ebr integrimin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb institucionet shtet\u00ebrore vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbeten shqet\u00ebsime serioze p\u00ebr komunitetin shqiptar n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cMungesa e investimeve, bllokimi i mjeteve nga Republika e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar, centralizmi i shtetit n\u00eb \u00e7do institucion, moshapja e kufirit Miratoc\u2013Llojan, moszbatimi i Planit 7 Pik\u00ebsh dhe i Planit Aksional p\u00ebr integrimin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb institucionet shtet\u00ebrore jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb qarta t\u00eb nj\u00eb qasjeje diskriminuese\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur ai.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb takim ishte e pranishme edhe Teuta Fazliu, e cila sipas Rexhepit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga rastet e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb prekur nga pasivizimi i adresave dhe q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e saj e ka d\u00ebrguar deri n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Strasburgut.<\/p>\n

\u201cKongresmen\u00ebt pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb nga ajo personalisht t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb shembuj konkret\u00eb se si pasivizimi i adresave po i selekton ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht shqiptar\u00ebt\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Rexhepi.<\/p>\n
