\nGjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka caktuar seanc\u00ebn e shqyrtimit fillestar ndaj togerit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Bojan Jevtiq, i akuzuar p\u00ebr spiunazh.
\nGjykimi ndaj ish-togerit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Bojan Jevtiq, do t\u00eb nis\u00eb m\u00eb 19 maj. Ai akuzohet nga Prokuroria Speciale p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb spiunazhit dhe arm\u00ebmbajtjes pa leje. <\/p>\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, Jevtiq dyshohet se nga nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb e pacaktuar kohore deri m\u00eb 17 korrik 2025 ka mbledhur dhe u ka d\u00ebrguar dokumente t\u00eb klasifikuara zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit Inteligjent t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb (BIA).<\/p>\n

Dokumentet, sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, lidhen me sigurin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe rendin kushtetues t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. <\/p>\n

N\u00eb dosjen e Prokuroris\u00eb thuhet se ai, duke shfryt\u00ebzuar pozit\u00ebn e tij si toger dhe shef i sektorit operativ n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kufitare \u201cDheu i Bardh\u00eb\u201d, dyshohet se i ka mund\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb agjenti t\u00eb BIA-s qasje n\u00eb kompjuterin zyrtar p\u00ebrmes programit \u201cTeamViewer\u201d. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj qasjeje pretendohet se jan\u00eb monitoruar informacione dhe plane operative t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. <\/p>\n

Prokuroria pretendon se k\u00ebto veprime kan\u00eb cenuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb sigurin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe rendin kushtetues t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, si dhe kan\u00eb rrezikuar jet\u00ebn e zyrtar\u00ebve shtet\u00ebror\u00eb dhe qytetar\u00ebve. <\/p>\n
