P\u00ebrve\u00e7 asaj q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit ndihmuam popullin ton\u00eb, me v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ndaj atyre n\u00eb gjendje m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb sociale, duke ndar\u00eb \u00e7do muaj nga 20.000 dinar\u00eb p\u00ebr 5.000 persona, nga vjeshta do t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb me nj\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb re t\u00eb ngjashme.
