Deri m\u00eb 15 tetor duhet t\u00eb raportohet k\u00ebsti TM3 p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar TM4.<br \/>\nKushti kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb se nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb alokim t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb reja pa mbyllur t\u00eb gjitha avancet e m\u00ebhershme.<br \/>\nNga sot, federatat obligohen t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar s\u00eb paku sekretarin, zyrtarin administrativ dhe zyrtarin financiar.<br \/>\nTavanet e pagave p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb se paga e sekretarit nuk mund t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb nivelin e nj\u00eb drejtuesi t\u00eb mes\u00ebm n\u00eb institucionet publike, nd\u00ebrsa pagat e zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb ekuivalente me ato t\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve publik\u00eb. Mjetet duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kat\u00ebr linja buxhetore: Qeverisje e mir\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin pagat e stafit, auditimin e jasht\u00ebm, strategjit\u00eb dhe trajnimet.<br \/>\nPerformanca n\u00eb sportin garues, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin trajner\u00ebt, gjyqtar\u00ebt, kampet, pajisjet dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb gara bot\u00ebrore dhe evropiane. Shoq\u00ebri aktive dhe e sh\u00ebndetshme, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin aktivitete rekreative, sportin e vajzave dhe aktivitetet p\u00ebr persona me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. Diplomacia dhe turizmi sportiv, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin konferenca nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe marr\u00ebveshje bashk\u00ebpunimi.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr verifikimin e shpenzimeve, dokumentacioni duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb origjinal dhe t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb kriteret financiare: Kuponi fiskal pranohet vet\u00ebm deri n\u00eb 50 euro. P\u00ebr pagesat nga 50 deri n\u00eb 300 euro k\u00ebrkohet fatur\u00eb e rregullt tatimore, e n\u00ebnshkruar dhe e vulosur. P\u00ebr pagesat mbi 300 euro, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 fatur\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb i obliguesh\u00ebm edhe transferi bankar.<br \/>\nN\u00eb udh\u00ebtimet jasht\u00eb vendit nuk lejohen shpenzimet p\u00ebr pije alkoolike dhe k\u00ebrkohet raport p\u00ebrshkrues i miratuar. Nj\u00eb risi e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb obligimi i organizatave sportive q\u00eb \u00e7do tre muaj t\u00eb publikojn\u00eb raportet e aktiviteteve dhe ato financiare n\u00eb ueb-faqet e tyre zyrtare. Pa k\u00ebt\u00eb publikim, MSR nuk do t\u00eb ekzekutoj\u00eb pages\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs.<br \/>\nFederatat kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb financimi vet\u00ebm gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb licencuara, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb rast revokimi apo pezullimi t\u00eb licenc\u00ebs, financimi nd\u00ebrpritet
