Seanca plenare e Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, e para pas aktgjykimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese dhe shfuqizimit t\u00eb mas\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme q\u00eb i kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb institucionit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb legjislativ n\u00eb vend, nisi me kujtimin q\u00eb i b\u00ebri kryekuvendarja, Albulena Haxhiu demonstratave t\u00eb vitit 1981.<\/p>\n
