Presidentja Vjosa Osmani ka njoftuar se ka proceduar n\u00eb Kuvend amendamentet kushtetuese p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb t\u00eb presidentit, duke e cil\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb hap si p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj, si\u00e7 tha, d\u00ebshtimeve t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme n\u00eb zgjedhjen e kreut t\u00eb shtetit nga deputet\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Sipas saj, amendamentet n\u00eb fjal\u00eb jan\u00eb hartuar nga Komisioni p\u00ebr amendamentimin e Kushtetut\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2011 dhe tani jan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr shqyrtim n\u00eb Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
