Kryetari i Kuvendit, Dimal Basha, njoftoi se pas konsultimeve me partit\u00eb politike p\u00ebr seanc\u00ebn konstituive q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahet nes\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur konsensus i plot\u00eb mes t\u00eb gjitha subjekteve.<\/p>\n

Basha b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se, sipas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb, seanca nuk do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb or\u00ebn 12:00 si\u00e7 ishte parashikuar, por n\u00eb or\u00ebn 17:00, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb zhvillimeve n\u00eb Hag\u00eb, ku po mbahet gjykimi ndaj ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cKa pasur konsensus p\u00ebr raportin, p\u00ebr votimin e kryetares ose kryetarit, si dhe p\u00ebr votimin n\u00eb pako t\u00eb pes\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetar\u00ebve, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb Kuvendi t\u00eb konstituohet sa m\u00eb shpejt dhe m\u00eb pas t\u00eb vazhdohet me qeverin\u00eb\u201d, deklaroi kryeparlamentari.<\/p>\n

Basha theksoi se institucionet do t\u00eb themelohen shum\u00eb shpejt dhe se procesi pas konstituimit t\u00eb Kuvendit do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb me votimin e qeveris\u00eb dhe m\u00eb pas me votimin e buxhetit dhe marr\u00ebveshjeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb kan\u00eb afat ligjor.<\/p>\n

\u201cPas t\u00eb gjitha diskutimeve, kishte konsensus t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe ishte propozim i t\u00eb gjitha partive politike apo lider\u00ebve t\u00eb partive t\u00eb komuniteteve jo shumic\u00eb, joserbe. Propozim i tyre ishte i qart\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb shkohet n\u00eb votim n\u00eb pako, pra n\u00eb pako t\u00eb votohet p\u00ebr pes\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetar\u00ebt.
