Ministrja p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn dhe Pun\u00ebt e Jashtme, Elisa Spiropali, ka p\u00ebrg\u00ebzuar student\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut p\u00ebr angazhimin e tyre p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me t\u00eb drejtat e garantuara nga Kushtetuta dhe legjislacioni n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebrg\u00ebzojm\u00eb student\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut p\u00ebr angazhimin qytetar dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn demokratike me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kan\u00eb artikuluar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me t\u00eb drejtat e garantuara nga Kushtetuta dhe legjislacioni n\u00eb fuqi\u201d, shkruan Spiropali.<\/p>\n

Sipas saj, dialogu konstruktiv, zgjidhjet institucionale dhe respektimi i t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut mbeten rruga m\u00eb e sigurt p\u00ebr forcimin e besimit nd\u00ebrmjet komuniteteve dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e standardeve demokratike n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n

Spiropali ka vler\u00ebsuar gjithashtu gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e institucioneve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut p\u00ebr ta trajtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje me seriozitet dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kuadrin kushtetues dhe ligjor t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n

Pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, 385 student\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut kan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar nj\u00eb peticion p\u00ebr zhvillimin e provimit t\u00eb jurisprudenc\u00ebs edhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, krahas maqedonishtes, duke theksuar se kjo e drejt\u00eb u garantohet me ligj, pasi studimet i ndjekin n\u00eb shqip dhe shqipja \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuh\u00eb zyrtare n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n

Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb e ka refuzuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn, duke argumentuar se provimi sh\u00ebrben edhe si test p\u00ebr njohjen e gjuh\u00ebs maqedonase, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb kusht ligjor p\u00ebr ushtrimin e profesioneve juridike.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
