Me nism\u00ebn e List\u00ebs Serbe, partis\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, e cila g\u00ebzon mb\u00ebshtetjen e Beogradit, n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb t\u00eb Veriut nisi t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn nj\u00eb peticion kund\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb urave mbi lumin Ib\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Gur\u00ebthemelet e tyre u vendos\u00ebn m\u00eb 1 korrik, me pranin\u00eb e kryeministrit n\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti.<\/p>\n

Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs ndau rreth tre milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e dy urave \u2013 nj\u00ebra p\u00ebr k\u00ebmb\u00ebsor\u00eb dhe tjetra p\u00ebr trafik \u2013 dhe punimet rreth tyre pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb n\u00eb vjesht\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kurti tha se q\u00ebllim i k\u00ebtij projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhja e Mitrovic\u00ebs s\u00eb Veriut, me popullsi shumic\u00eb serbe, me Mitrovic\u00ebn e Jugut, ku shumica e popullsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Ai, gjithashtu, tha se Qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrkushtuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201ckomunikim, qarkullim, bashk\u00ebpunim dhe shk\u00ebmbim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh midis Veriut dhe Jugut\u201d.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, kryetari i List\u00ebs Serbe, Zllatan Ellek, i tha Radio Televizionit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebrpara fillimit t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb peticionit, se q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb tregohet nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim i unifikuar i popullit serb, se ai nuk pranon vendime t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme p\u00ebr projekte n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb komunitetit serb\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ai tha se peticioni do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i disponuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshkrim gjat\u00eb dy dit\u00ebve t\u00eb ardhshme, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb pas do t\u2019i p\u00ebrcillet bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Nga Bashkimi Evropian i than\u00eb Radios Evropa e Lir\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt se \u00e7do vendim p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e infrastruktur\u00ebs p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb lumit Ib\u00ebr, duhet t\u00eb merret me kujdes dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse \u2013 p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht me p\u00ebrfshirjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha komuniteteve t\u00eb prekura.<\/p>\n

Urat, p\u00ebrndryshe, do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen pran\u00eb ur\u00ebs kryesore mbi lumin Ib\u00ebr, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr Lirin\u00eb e L\u00ebvizjes, e arritur n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb dialogut p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ur\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb vazhdimisht pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb misionit paqeruajt\u00ebs t\u00eb NATO-s, KFOR, pasi ajo njihet p\u00ebr konflikte etnike n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e pasluft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Kjo ka qen\u00eb edhe arsyeja kryesore p\u00ebr mbylljen e saj p\u00ebr qarkullimin e makinave.<\/p>\n

Aktualisht, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e hapur vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebmb\u00ebsor\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ver\u00ebn e kaluar, Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs paralajm\u00ebroi se ajo mund t\u00eb hapet p\u00ebr trafik \u2013 gj\u00eb q\u00eb i rriti tensionet dhe shkaktoi reagime nga bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Kryeministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, Kurti, tha se Qeveria e tij nuk do t\u00eb heq\u00eb kurr\u00eb dor\u00eb nga hapja e ur\u00ebs kryesore.<\/p>\n

Pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb komunitetit serb nga Mitrovica e Veriut i than\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt Radios Evropa e Lir\u00eb se hapja e ur\u00ebs kryesore vet\u00ebm se do t\u2019i rriste tensionet n\u00eb terren, nd\u00ebrsa shqiptar\u00ebt nga Mitrovica e Jugut deklaruan se nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb do t\u00eb kontribuonte n\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00eb dhe liri t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes.
\nN\u00eb vitin 2014, Kosova dhe Serbia ran\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr hapjen e ur\u00ebs kryesore p\u00ebr trafik, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb dialogut p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve.<\/p>\n

Rivitalizimi i ur\u00ebs u planifikua me q\u00ebllim heqjen e t\u00eb gjitha barrikadave t\u00eb vendosura nga serb\u00ebt lokal\u00eb dhe funksionalizimin e ur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb pas, n\u00eb vitin 2016, u miratua nj\u00eb plan i ri zbatimi, q\u00eb synonte kap\u00ebrcimin e mosmarr\u00ebveshjeve mbi interpretimet e ndryshme t\u00eb konstatimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme.<\/p>\n

Sipas planit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb zbatimit, hapja e plot\u00eb e ur\u00ebs duhej t\u00eb b\u00ebhej n\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 2017.<\/p>\n

Punimet rreth rivitalizimit t\u00eb ur\u00ebs p\u00ebrfunduan vet\u00ebm n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 2018 dhe ura, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u investuan 1.5 milion euro, nuk u hap kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr automjete, por vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebmb\u00ebsor\u00eb.<\/p>\n
