Prokuroria Speciale e Kosov\u00ebs b\u00ebr t\u00eb ditur se ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb ndaj B.T., n\u00ebn dyshimin p\u00ebr kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cKrime lufte kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb civile\u201d, gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, i pandehuri B.T., n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e gardianit t\u00eb Burgut t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe objektit paralel n\u00eb Lipjan, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje me gardian\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 1998\u20131999, ka vepruar me dashje duke shkelur r\u00ebnd\u00eb rregullat e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare humanitare gjat\u00eb konfliktit t\u00eb armatosur.<\/p>\n

Prokuroria vler\u00ebson se ekziston dyshim i bazuar mir\u00eb se B.T. dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e tij kan\u00eb maltretuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike t\u00eb burgosurit shqiptar\u00eb, duke i torturuar n\u00eb forma \u00e7njer\u00ebzore me mjete t\u00eb ndryshme, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shkopinj gome, shufra metalike, si dhe p\u00ebrmes shqelmave e grushteve deri n\u00eb alivanosje, duke u shkaktuar l\u00ebndime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda trupore dhe dhun\u00eb psikike.<\/p>\n

Aktakuza thekson se t\u00eb burgosurit jan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb pa ushqim p\u00ebr dit\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra, jan\u00eb kanosur seriozisht p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e tyre dhe, si pasoj\u00eb e rrahjeve t\u00eb vazhdueshme dhe trajtimit \u00e7njer\u00ebzor, kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar gjendje t\u00eb vazhdueshme frike dhe ankthi.<\/p>\n
