Partia q\u00eb ka mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb madhe nga pushteti n\u00eb Serbi, duke i shp\u00ebrfillur rregullat e ka marr\u00eb edhe gjob\u00ebn maksimale q\u00eb mund ta shqiptoj\u00eb PZAP-ja n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 50.000 eurosh.<\/p>\n<p>Kampion i shkeljeve t\u00eb rregullave zgjedhore gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs 10-ditore sipas vendimeve t\u00eb Panelit Zgjedhor p\u00ebr Ankesa dhe Parashtresa \u00ebsht\u00eb Lista Serbe.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo parti u gjobit pes\u00eb her\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn lloj shkeljeje.<\/p>\n<p>Dit\u00ebn e hapjes s\u00eb fushat\u00ebs, kandidati m\u00eb i votuar i List\u00ebs Serbe, Igor Simiqi, u premtoi serb\u00ebve se do t\u2019i ken\u00eb 10 ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend q\u00eb do t\u2019i mbrojn\u00eb interesat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>E shp\u00ebrfill\u00ebse ndaj institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs u tregua edhe me p\u00ebrs\u00ebritjen e shkeljes s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore, \u00a0at\u00eb t\u00eb vendosjes s\u00eb poster\u00ebve n\u00eb hap\u00ebsira ku ndalohet me rregulla zgjedhore.<\/p>\n<p>Shuma e gjobave q\u00eb ia ka shqiptuar PZAP-ja gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb 147.000 euro e kjo n\u00ebnkupton se mbi 94 p\u00ebr qind e gjobave p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb etik\u00ebs s\u00eb fushat\u00ebs i shkuan k\u00ebsaj partie.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPretendimi se fotografit\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb nuk e liron subjektin politik nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr shkeljet e kryera; p\u00ebrkundrazi, veprime t\u00eb tilla p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb baz\u00eb p\u00ebr sanksione shtes\u00eb, duke pasur parasysh se me vendimet e PZAP-s\u00eb, ZP.Anr.25\/225 t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 22.12.2025, dhe ZP.Anr.32\/2025 t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 24.12.2025, subjekti politik Lista Serbe ka qen\u00eb i obliguar t\u00eb largoj\u00eb poster\u00ebt dhe materialet zgjedhore nga vendet ku ato kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb vendosura. Pretendimi n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje, n\u00eb ankes\u00eb se subjekti politik Lista Serbe ka marr\u00eb masa p\u00ebr heqjen e materialit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur, \u00ebsht\u00eb pretendim i pabazuar, pasi q\u00eb subjekti politik n\u00eb fjal\u00eb nuk ka d\u00ebshmuar asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje serioze p\u00ebr eliminimin e shkeljeve t\u00eb konstatuara, n\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb nenit 120, paragrafi 2 t\u00eb Ligjit nr. 08\/L-228 p\u00ebr Zgjedhjet e P\u00ebrgjithshme\u201d, u tha n\u00eb arsyetimin e PZAP-it p\u00ebr gjob\u00ebn prej 50 mij\u00eb
