Autoritetet p\u00ebrpiqeshin ta paraqisnin k\u00ebt\u00eb si d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb \u201cinteresit t\u00eb madh t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve\u201d, por d\u00ebshmit\u00eb nga terreni tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve n\u00eb institucionet q\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb n\u00eb sistemin serb u detyruan t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb veri, jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer komunitetin, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb kolektivisht n\u00eb votime. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e zgjedh\u00ebsve erdhi e organizuar nga Serbia, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb vot\u00ebs n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuk na pyeti askush n\u00ebse d\u00ebshironim t\u00eb q\u00ebndronim. Na than\u00eb q\u00eb prezenca \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyrueshme dhe se duhet t\u00eb dihet se ku dhe kur do t\u00eb votohet. Kush nuk vjen, le t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb p\u00ebr pasojat\u201d, tregon nj\u00eb i pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb sektorin publik, i cili k\u00ebrkoi t\u00eb mbetet anonim.<\/p>\n<p>Qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nuk fshehin skepticizmin e tyre ndaj procesit. \u201cKjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb votim, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistrim. Dihet kush duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb, kush duhet t\u00eb shfaqet dhe kush m\u00eb pas do t\u00eb verifikohet. N\u00ebse duhet t\u00eb votosh sepse paga jote varet nga kjo, at\u00ebher\u00eb kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhje\u201d, deklaron Goran Simiq\u00a0nga Zve\u00e7ani p\u00ebr portalin \u201cVeritasinfo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Situat\u00ebn e komplikon edhe prezenca e zgjedh\u00ebsve nga Serbia. Autobus\u00eb dhe automjete me targa t\u00eb ndryshme serbe u vun\u00eb re gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb fundjav\u00ebs, gj\u00eb q\u00eb hedh dyshime mbi autenticitetin e procesit zgjedhor. \u201cUn\u00eb jetoj k\u00ebtu gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn, por kam ndjesin\u00eb se jam mysafir n\u00eb qytetin tim. Vijn\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk paguajn\u00eb faturat k\u00ebtu, nuk p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb problemet e p\u00ebrditshme, por vendosin n\u00eb emrin tim\u201d, thot\u00eb Milosh\u00a0Gajiq\u00a0nga Mitrovica e Veriut.<\/p>\n<p>Qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb shprehin se veri i Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebrdoret prej vitesh si nj\u00eb poligon p\u00ebr eksperimentime politike, ku vullneti i zgjedh\u00ebsve nuk matet me lirin\u00eb e zgjedhjes, por me disiplin\u00ebn dhe bindjen. Marina Pantoviq, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese e nj\u00eb partie lokale, thekson: \u201cKur zgjedhjet kalojn\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz largohen. Ne mbetemi me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat probleme, t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat presione dhe me besim edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl se di\u00e7ka mund t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, zgjedhjet n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ngjallin pyetjen e vjet\u00ebr: a jan\u00eb ato nj\u00eb shprehje e lir\u00eb demokratike e qytetar\u00ebve, apo thjesht nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm kontrolli i orkestruar nga Lista Serbe dhe Beogradi, ku qytetar\u00ebt nuk vendosin p\u00ebr fatin e tyre, por p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb
