Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb ka shqiptuar d\u00ebnim me 7 vjet burg ndaj t\u00eb pandehurit K. P., p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201crrezikim i trafikut publik\u201d me pasoj\u00eb vdekjen.<\/p>\n

Vendimi u mor nga gjyqtari Samedin Cena n\u00eb Departamentin e P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, ka konfirmuar Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, aksidenti ka ndodhur m\u00eb 30 qershor 2022 rreth or\u00ebs 12:05 n\u00eb lagjen Dardania. I pandehuri K. P. ka qen\u00eb duke drejtuar nj\u00eb vetur\u00eb t\u00eb tipit Volkswagen Golf dhe ka tentuar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb kthes\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme nga e djathta n\u00eb t\u00eb majt\u00eb para marketit \u201cE.\u201d, duke ia marr\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsin\u00eb nj\u00eb autoambulance t\u00eb QKMF-s\u00eb q\u00eb po vinte me drita rrotulluese dhe siren\u00eb t\u00eb ndezur.<\/p>\n

Si pasoj\u00eb e p\u00ebrplasjes, autoambulanca \u00ebsht\u00eb rrokullisur pasi ka goditur vetur\u00ebn Golf, dhe m\u00eb pas \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrplasur edhe me automjete t\u00eb tjera. Aksidenti ka p\u00ebrfunduar tragjikisht: S. Gj. ka nd\u00ebrruar jet\u00eb m\u00eb 1 korrik, nd\u00ebrsa M. S. ka nd\u00ebrruar jet\u00eb m\u00eb 5 korrik 2022.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aksident kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar l\u00ebndime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda edhe A. A., Z. D. dhe F. B., t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar menj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr trajtim mjek\u00ebsor, dhe l\u00ebndimet e tyre jan\u00eb konfirmuar me ekspertiz\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 d\u00ebnimit me burg, gjykata i ka shqiptuar t\u00eb pandehurit edhe ndales\u00ebn p\u00ebr drejtimin e automjeteve motorike p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb prej tri vitesh, e cila hyn n\u00eb fuqi pas vuajtjes s\u00eb d\u00ebnimit me burg. Koha e kaluar n\u00eb paraburgim, nga 30 qershori 2022 deri m\u00eb 21 n\u00ebntor 2023, do t\u2019i llogaritet n\u00eb d\u00ebnim.<\/p>\n
