Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb Jovan Vi\u00e7entijeviq ishte edhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit e \u201cMbrojtjes Civile\u201d, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb zonave t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb veri. Jovani kishte p\u00ebrmendur Millosh Milovanoviq t\u00eb njohur si \u201cGrizli\u201d nga fshati Varag\u00eb si p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs i \u2018Mbrojtjes Civile\u2019 t\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Zubin Potokut e q\u00eb i nj\u00ebjti kishte lidhje me Millan Radoji\u00e7iq.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna Jovan Vi\u00e7entijeviq i kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb gjat\u00eb transportimit t\u00eb tij nga Mitrovica e Veriut p\u00ebr n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe pastaj gjat\u00eb d\u00ebrgimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn e Paraburgimit m\u00eb 03.1202025.<\/p>\n

Ai kishte biseduar me zyrtar\u00ebt policor\u00eb e madje kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe informacione p\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme e poashtu edhe p\u00ebr persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb involvuar.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb kampin p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin e kishte p\u00ebrmendur Jovani, kishin qen\u00eb duke kryer ushtrimin dhe duke u trajnuar rreth 120 persona nga veriu i Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb nacionalitetit serb. N\u00eb nj\u00eb grup tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e eksploziv\u00ebve, kishin qen\u00eb 12 persona, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb trajnuar ndaras n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin kamp.<\/p>\n

Sipas Vi\u00e7entijeviqit, n\u00eb bised\u00ebn e tij me zyrtar\u00ebt policor\u00eb kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb se nj\u00eb grup tjet\u00ebr nga Leposaviqi n\u00eb kamp kishin ushtruar dhe ishin trajnuar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e minahedh\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n

Jovan Viqentijeviq \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebri nga t\u00eb dyshuarit kryesor p\u00ebr sulmin terrorist t\u00eb kryer n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 2024 n\u00eb kanalin e ujit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes \u201cIb\u00ebr-Lepenci\u201d.<\/p>\n

I pandehuri sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs kishte njohuri p\u00ebr sistemin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit pasi q\u00eb figuron se ishte i pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb Sistemin Rajonal t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb n\u00eb Ujman.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshtu shkruan n\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn e PSRK-s\u00eb, t\u00eb ngritur nga prokurori Bekim Kodraliu m\u00eb dat\u00eb 09.12.2025.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 29.11.2024, nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthim i fuqish\u00ebm ishte regjistruar n\u00eb fshatin Varag\u00eb t\u00eb Zubin Potokut.<\/p>\n

Shp\u00ebrthimi ishte regjistruar n\u00eb kanalin e ujit t\u00eb \u201cIb\u00ebr-Lepencit\u201d, i cili konsiderohet infrastruktur\u00eb kritike q\u00eb sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr furnizimin me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
