Kryetari i K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs, Enkel Rexhepi, ka reaguar t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn pas publikimit t\u00eb raportit t\u00eb Komitetit t\u00eb Ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb Kart\u00ebs Evropiane p\u00ebr Gjuh\u00ebt Rajonale ose t\u00eb Pakicave, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se ky dokument nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar vulos t\u00eb gjitha v\u00ebrejtjet q\u00eb K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar ka ngritur prej vitesh p\u00ebr moszbatimin e t\u00eb drejtave gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n

Sipas Rexhepit, raporti konstaton qart\u00eb se gjuha shqipe, edhe pse me status zyrtar n\u00eb komunat me popullsi shqiptare, vazhdon t\u00eb mos funksionoj\u00eb n\u00eb praktik\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Institucionet shtet\u00ebrore serbe, thuhet n\u00eb dokumentin evropian, \u201cnuk ofrojn\u00eb dokumente, formular\u00eb, platforma digjitale, tabela informuese apo komunikim zyrtar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, nd\u00ebrsa mungesa e stafit dygjuh\u00ebsh vet\u00ebm sa thellon diskriminimin\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ai kujtoi se rekomandimet e Kart\u00ebs Evropiane nuk jan\u00eb zbatuar q\u00eb prej vitit 2008, \u00e7ka, sipas tij, e b\u00ebn edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme vler\u00ebsimin e ekspert\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb rikonfirmojn\u00eb sakt\u00ebsin\u00eb e evidencave t\u00eb paraqitura nga K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar nd\u00ebr vite.<\/p>\n

Rexhepi rikujtoi se n\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, gjat\u00eb Tryez\u00ebs s\u00eb Implementimit t\u00eb Kart\u00ebs, n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim trepal\u00ebsh mes Komitetit t\u00eb ekspert\u00ebve, K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar (t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Alban Alili), organizat\u00ebs \u201cThe Future\u201d dhe pal\u00ebs serbe, jan\u00eb prezantuar rekomandime t\u00eb qarta p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e situat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cPala serbe at\u00ebher\u00eb kishte pranuar detyrimet, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb themelimin e ekipit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyesve administrativ\u00eb, p\u00ebrkthimin e dokumenteve zyrtare dhe funksionalizimin e platformave n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Megjithat\u00eb, raporti i fundit v\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se asnj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto hapa nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb.
