Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ka dor\u00ebzuar nj\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ndaj A.Z dhe B.D., p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKrim i luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb civile\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sipas njoftimit n\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet se i pandehuri A.Z., n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e inspektorit n\u00eb Stacionin Policor n\u00eb Prizren, nd\u00ebrsa B.D., n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e policit n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin stacion, gjat\u00eb viteve 1998-1999 individualisht dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje me pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb forcave policore serbe, kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb arrestimesh ndaj popullsis\u00eb civile n\u00eb komunat e Rahovecit dhe Suharek\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

“N\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb arrestuar\u00ebve ishin R.J., M.K., E.G., S.E., V.V., Q.K., U.K., H.G., S.G., H.Sh dhe A.Z, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb marrjes n\u00eb pyetje, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, jan\u00eb rrahur me mjete t\u00eb forta dhe metoda t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb trajtimit \u00e7njer\u00ebzor, ku si pasoj\u00eb R.J kishte vdekur, nd\u00ebrsa personat e tjer\u00eb kishin p\u00ebsuar l\u00ebndime serioze trupore” thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n
