Sipas dosjes s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale, ai n\u00eb nj\u00eb rast ka k\u00ebrkuar ryshfet prej nj\u00eb avokati, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ai t\u00eb mos i k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb masat e siguris\u00eb p\u00ebr pes\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr l\u00ebndim t\u00eb leht\u00eb trupor.<\/p>\n

Avokati i prokurorit Shala, Naim Rudari, e ka konfirmuar p\u00ebr \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d se Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka refuzuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb p\u00ebr vazhdimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb paraburgimit.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshilli Prokurorial i Kosov\u00ebs (KPK) m\u00eb 28 tetor 2025 njoftoi se n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kompetencat e tij kushtetuese dhe ligjore, pas pranimit t\u00eb njoftimit zyrtar nga Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (PSRK), p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb konfirmuar se \u00ebsht\u00eb iniciuar hetim penal ndaj t\u00eb pandehurit Beq\u00eb Shala, prokuror n\u00eb Departamentin e P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prizren, vendosi unanimisht q\u00eb t\u00eb pezulloj\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht nga detyra zyrtare.<\/p>\n
