Agjencia e Ushqimit dhe Veterinaris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (AUV) ka njoftuar sot se ka b\u00ebr\u00eb plot\u00ebsim-ndryshimin e vendimit p\u00ebr ndales\u00ebn e importit t\u00eb shpez\u00ebve dhe n\u00ebnprodukteve t\u00eb tyre nga Gjermania, duke shfuqizuar vendimin e dat\u00ebs 30.10.2025 dhe duke vendosur kufizime t\u00eb reja t\u00eb synuara.<\/p>\n

Sipas AUV-s\u00eb, vendimi bazohet n\u00eb raportet m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Organizat\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebndetin e Kafsh\u00ebve (WOAH), raportin e Komisionit Evropian t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 28.10.2025 dhe Raportin e Autoritetit Kompetent t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 12.11.2025, t\u00eb cilat konfirmojn\u00eb pranin\u00eb e gripit t\u00eb shpez\u00ebve me patogjenitet t\u00eb lart\u00eb (HPAI\u2013H5N1) n\u00eb disa ferma n\u00eb Gjermani.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Ligjin e Veterinaris\u00eb Nr. 2004\/21, Kosova do t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb importin e shpez\u00ebve dhe n\u00ebnprodukteve t\u00eb tyre nga Gjermania, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb tet\u00eb zonave administrative t\u00eb prekura nga H5N1: Lower Saxony, Bavaria, Brandenburg, Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Thuringia, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania dhe Schleswig-Holstein.<\/p>\n

Importi i shpez\u00ebve t\u00eb gjalla, mishit t\u00eb shpez\u00ebve dhe n\u00ebnprodukteve t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb origjinojn\u00eb nga k\u00ebto zona ndalohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/p>\n

AUV thekson se ndalesa do t\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb fuqi deri n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e radh\u00ebs nga autoritetet vendore dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n
