Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Kosov\u00ebs, Besnik Bislimi, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Bashkimi Evropian ka konstatuar shkeljen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb \u00a0shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Serbi .<\/p>\n

Sipas tij n\u00eb raportin e BE-s\u00eb theksohet se korniza institucionale p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e pakicave mbetet e paplot\u00eb dhe se shqiptar\u00ebt vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me diskriminim, n\u00ebnp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim dhe pasivizim t\u00eb adresave.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi\u00e7 kemi denoncuar gjat\u00eb mandatit ton\u00eb, po d\u00ebshmohet se k\u00ebto praktika p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb artikulim t\u00eb politikave q\u00eb synim kan\u00eb spastrimin etnik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebrmes mjeteve administrative. Ky pasivizim i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb fund BE ka pranuar q\u00eb ta reflektoj\u00eb dhe b\u00ebj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimeve p\u00ebrfundimtare t\u00eb raportit zyrtar t\u00eb Komisionit Evropian, duke vendosur theks n\u00eb kontrollimin e procedurave t\u00eb pasivizimit. Plani i veprimit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb institucione nuk ka sjell\u00eb rezultate, nd\u00ebrsa qasja n\u00eb administrat\u00eb publike, polici, arsim dhe pun\u00ebsim vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb e kufizuar e n\u00eb raste edhe mungon plot\u00ebsisht\u201d, ka shkruar Bislimi.<\/p>\n
