Paneli Zgjedhor p\u00ebr Ankesa dhe Parashtresa (PZAP),<\/a>\u00a0ka refuzuar si t\u00eb pabazuar ankes\u00ebn e paraqitur nga Lista Serbe ndaj L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje (LVV), p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Mir\u00ebsjelljes gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore p\u00ebr zgjedhjet lokale t\u00eb 12 tetorit 2025.<\/p>\nSipas njoftimit, n\u00eb ankes\u00ebn e paraqitur m\u00eb 17 shtator 2025 Lista Serbe ka pretenduar se LVV-ja kishte abuzuar me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e ankes\u00ebs duke paraqitur nj\u00eb padi t\u00eb pabazuar kund\u00ebr tyre m\u00eb 15 shtator 2025, lidhur me shfaqjen publike t\u00eb parull\u00ebs \u201cSVI ZA BRATA MILANA\u201d, n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb kryeterroristit Milan Radoji\u00e7iq, i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nga autoritetet kosovare p\u00ebr vepra penale.<\/p>\n
Megjithat\u00eb, pas shqyrtimit t\u00eb pretendimeve t\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebve dhe dokumentacionit t\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar, PZAP thuhet se ka vler\u00ebsuar q\u00eb LVV-ja ka ushtruar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e saj legjitime p\u00ebr t\u00eb paraqitur ankes\u00eb, si\u00e7 parashihet me Ligjin Nr. 08\/L-228 p\u00ebr Zgjedhjet e P\u00ebrgjithshme, dhe se nuk ka prova t\u00eb qarta dhe bind\u00ebse q\u00eb v\u00ebrtetojn\u00eb abuzim me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e ankes\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Paneli po ashtu ka theksuar se \u00e7do subjekt politik ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb parashtroj\u00eb ankes\u00eb n\u00eb rast se v\u00ebren shkelje t\u00eb ligjit apo t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Mir\u00ebsjelljes gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs, dhe kjo nuk mund t\u00eb konsiderohet si abuzim p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb ankesa bazohet n\u00eb indicie apo prova t\u00eb dor\u00ebzuara n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin.<\/p>\n
\u201cSipas Nenit 117.3 t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr Zgjedhjet e P\u00ebrgjithshme, vendimet e PZAP duhet t\u00eb bazohen n\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb qarta dhe bind\u00ebse, gj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ofruar nga Srpska Lista p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar pretendimin e tyre. Si p\u00ebrfundim, PZAP se pretendimet e Srpska List\u00ebs jan\u00eb t\u00eb paq\u00ebndrueshme dhe t\u00eb pabazuara n\u00eb ligj, duke refuzuar ankes\u00ebn e tyre dhe duke riafirmuar legjitimitetin e ankes\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb paraqitur nga L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje\u201d, theksohet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n
