Prokuroria Speciale e Kosov\u00ebs ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb personi t\u00eb identifikuar me inicialet H.S., i cili po akuzohet p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb \u201cSpiunazhit\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb hetimit, H.S. dyshohet se prej vitit 2009 e deri n\u00eb momentin e arrestimit m\u00eb 6 maj 2025 ka bashk\u00ebpunuar me Agjencin\u00eb e Inteligjenc\u00ebs dhe Siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb (BIA).<\/p>\n

N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb theksohet se m\u00eb 22 n\u00ebntor 2015, i pandehuri kishte udh\u00ebtuar drejt Siris\u00eb ku iu bashkua organizat\u00ebs terroriste \u201cISIS\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cEkziston dyshimi i bazuar mir\u00eb se H.S. kishte d\u00ebrguar informacione te zyrtar\u00ebt e BIA-s\u00eb, n\u00eb lidhje me numrin e pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb \u2018ISIS\u2019, organizimin e tyre dhe n\u00eb cilat pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Siris\u00eb operonin ata. Nd\u00ebrsa, pas kthimit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, dhe vuajtjes s\u00eb burgut p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb organizata terroriste, i nj\u00ebjti kishte vazhduar t\u00eb takohej n\u00eb Serbi me zyrtar\u00ebt e BIA-s\u00eb, m\u00eb konkretisht me Drejtorin p\u00ebr Luftimin e Terrorizmit I.B., dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell informata tjera t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n

Tutje, Prokuroria Speciale b\u00ebn t\u00eb ditur se H.S. dyshohet se p\u00ebr aktivitetin e tij merrte pages\u00eb mujore deri n\u00eb 700 euro nga zyrtar\u00ebt e BIA-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
