Ministria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme e Kosov\u00ebs ka k\u00ebrkuar nga bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb reagoj\u00eb urgjentisht ndaj praktikave t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, e cila po shpeshtuar ndalimet dhe arrestimet e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb mart\u00ebn, MPJD-ja ka konfirmuar arrestimin e Hazir Hazirit nga autoritetet e Serbis\u00eb, n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kufitare n\u00eb Merdar\u00eb, gjat\u00eb hyrjes s\u00eb tij n\u00eb territorin serb me automjet privat.<\/p>\n

\u201cMPJD gjithashtu n\u00ebnvizon nevoj\u00ebn urgjente p\u00ebr reagim nga ana e Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare ndaj praktikave represive t\u00eb autoriteteve serbe, t\u00eb cilat bien ndesh me parimet themelore t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe me konventat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut. Rritja e rasteve t\u00eb ndalimeve dhe maltretimeve t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga autoritetet serbe p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shkelje t\u00eb frym\u00ebs s\u00eb dialogut dhe t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruara mes dy pal\u00ebve\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb njoftim t\u00eb MPJD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
