(54) i cili ishte pjes\u00eb e KFOR-it, bashk\u00eb me serben Ana Murganiq u arrestuan n\u00ebn dyshimin se e nj\u00ebjta ka siguruar t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb ndjeshme dhe m\u00eb pas ia p\u00ebrcolli ato t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendurit dhe serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Beograd, ku sakt\u00ebsisht dyshohet se i ka d\u00ebrguar mesazhe Vladimir Radivojeviqit, t\u00eb njohur me nofk\u00ebn \u201cMami\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Prokuroria Speciale e Kosov\u00ebs ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb ndaj Radivojeviqit vitin e kaluar, nd\u00ebrsa dyshohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur me sulmin terrorist n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb t\u00eb 24 shtatorit t\u00eb vitit 2023, gjat\u00eb t\u00eb cilit u vra rreshteri policor Afrim Bunjaku.\u201cMami\u201d njihet si lider i \u201cBrigad\u00ebs s\u00eb Veriut\u201d, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur organizat\u00eb terroriste n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.Pilotit kroat J.I., q\u00eb ishte pjes\u00eb e kontingjentit kroat t\u00eb KFOR-it, dhe t\u00eb dashur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij serbe iu gjet\u00ebn mesazhe n\u00eb telefonat celular\u00eb, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera korrespondonin rreth ngjarjes s\u00eb 25 shtatorit t\u00eb vitit 2022, kur an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e KFOR-it u sulmuan n\u00eb Zubin Potok.<\/p>\n<p>Murganiq dhe piloti kroat vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb paraburgim, me nj\u00eb vendim nga institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Split.<\/p>\n<p>E si\u00e7 u raportua, Murganiq kishte bartur informata t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe tek Lista Serbe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb lidhje me gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, lajmi.net ka kontaktuar edhe Prokurorin\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb pyetur n\u00ebse ishin njoftuar p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb dyshim q\u00eb lidhej me rastin m\u00eb her\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>E sipas prokuroris\u00eb, n\u00eb lidhje me arrestimin e shtetases s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Kroaci- Prokuroria Speciale \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kontakt me autoritetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu Prokuroria b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se tanim\u00eb i kan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar k\u00ebrkes\u00eb zyrtare p\u00ebr sigurimin e provave institucioneve t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLidhur me arrestimin e nj\u00eb shtetaseje t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Kroaci, ju njoftojm\u00eb se Prokuroria Speciale \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kontakt me autoritetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.
